6-week old turkeys, free to roam in a field, soak up the sun, eat grass and enjoy a good dust bath in the loose soil eating fresh herbs from a custom built hay rack. The herbs are a mixture of parsley, chives, dill, coriander, thyme, fennel, tarragon and marjoram and the turkeys’ favourite, basil.
